JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to oversee and manage our retail booth at the wonderful 9th annual SOWA winter festival. Training would start in October by handling our summer popup markets so get familiarized with the brand and customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help customers with product selections
• Make more sales by understanding what gifts customers are looking for
• Ensuring booth cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Accurate handling credit card transactions and POS.
• Participating in on-site training to become proficient in booth operations.
• Demonstrating a strong passion for our jewelry and the environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.
• Reliability and dedication to our jewelry and environmental mission.
• Comfortable with credit card transactions on our POS system.

Dates: November 29 – December 22, 2024

Hours:
Opening Day – Friday, November 29th: 10AM – 8PM
Monday – Thursday: 4PM – 8PM
Friday: 4PM – 9PM
Saturday: 10AM – 9PM
Sunday: 10AM – 7PM

We would be hiring a team of 2 -3 people for this role with flexible shifts.

COMPENSATION:

Base pay: $20/hr

Commission - $1/hr based on performance | $2/hr – based on revenue goals

Salary range – $2500 to $3,500/mo depending on shifts selected
