We want to help people connect with nature more. We are a environmentally conscious brand where we plant a tree for every purchase.

We have partnered up with ONETREEPLANTED.ORG to plant a tree and hence give back to the environment and create a healthier + greener world for all.

Gratinsta designs its own line of floral and plant inspired products. We also work closely with
women run businesses that share the highest level of craftsmanship and are able to deliver the unique floral- inspired products our customers love. Our vendors follow ethical, social and environmental practices to ensure quality products.
We diligently try to choose partners who align with our vision and values.

We accept all major Credit cards – VISA/ MASTERCARD/ AMERICAN EXPRESS/ PAYPAL/ APPLEPAY/ GOOGLEPAY

925 Sterling Silver is a 92.5 percent pure silver alloy (92.5% Silver + 7.5% Copper). All of our sterling silver pieces are stamped with the mark “925”

Order

You will receive your order within 4 -10 business days of placing your order. We will provide you with tracking info once your order is ready to ship

Kindly allow 7 – 10 business days since you placed your order with us to receive your shipment. If there are any delays on our end, we will keep you posted. We will be providing you with tracking info once order is ready to be shipped out.

Kindly reach out to us on support@gratinsta.com with your order number in subject line within 24hrs since you have placed your order to make any changes and we will try our best to accommodate those changes to the order.

Please note if the order is under processing we may not be able to accommodate your change request

You only have to pay the 6.25% sales tax if your shipping address is located in Massachusetts. 

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 and offer $10 flat shipping fee for orders less than $75

Once your item’s cart value reaches more than $75 you will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING.

Currently we ship our products only within the United States. If you are based in any other territory kindly reach out to us at info@gratinsta.com and we will update you as to whether we can ship to you

Returns

We want you to love our products. For any reason if you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days to apply for returns since you have received them. Kindly check our Refund Policy page for more details.
Shipping charges may apply.

To initiate the return process within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, contact us at returns@gratinsta.com.  Please include the order number in the subject line. We will create a return label for you.

Once we receive the order back in our warehouse we will perform a quality check and initiate your return. Allow 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method. Please be aware that it might take your financial institution longer to process a refund on their side. If you have still not received a refund within 5-7 business days, please reach out to us at returns@gratinsta.com.

If you are still within 14 days of return window, kindly reach us out to returns@gratinsta.com and we would create a new return label for you


We are human and sometimes unintended things happen. If you received the wrong product please reach out to us immediately at support@gratinsta.com. We will make things right and pay for your return shipping
