Refund Policy

14-day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@gratinsta.com along with your order number in subject title.

Return shipping charges may apply.

If your return is accepted, our returns team will send you a return shipping label  closest to your location, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
We know it can be frustrating to receive a defective product! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we confirm the item is defective, we will issue a brand new item. We will cover the costs for shipping and new replacement. 

If the defective item is to be returned, we will pay for shipping charges

All plants must be returned in good health if you are returning your merchandise. If plants are not returned in good health then the cost of the plant ( $5) will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.For exchanges, you do not need to return your plant with the order. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
