Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, contributing to various office tasks and supporting our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a variety of day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Packaging online orders with care and attention to detail.
- Engaging with existing clients, providing assistance and maintaining positive relationships.
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products and values.
- Scheduling of appointments for Permanent jewelry
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
Location and Time:
- Located near Assembly Row in Somerville.
- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours weekly.
Compensation:
$20 per hour.
